The Divine Wellness Plan

Both the Signature and Premium tiers include massages that fall under our standard massage rates with a focus on stress reduction or relaxation, which may include deep tissue work. However, the Signature and Premium tiers do not include any of our Specialty Therapies such as Ashiatsu, Tandem, Stretching or Medical Massage. The Medical+ Subscription is exclusively for medical massage and includes a corrective treatment plan.

There are a few key differences between the two types of massages. What makes medical massage unique is it’s focus on corrective work. Medical massage involves a comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment plan to address the root cause of a patient’s specific health condition, injury, mobility issue or chronic pain. Medical Massage is performed by a highly trained licensed therapist with either a medical certification or is highly trained in advanced, specialized medical modalities. On the other hand, our standard massages focus more on stress reduction, tension relief, and relaxation rather than correcting an issue. 

The Wellness Plan was born as a way to make high-quality massage therapy sustainably affordable in the long-run and as a way to integrate holistic care into your overall wellness routine. With that being said, our subscription model was built to be flexible and as patient-centered as possible. There are no cancellation fees after 90 days from your first auto deduction. Your subscription turns month-to-month from there and you can cancel at any time, for any reason, without any cancellation charge. Any cancellation prior to the 90 days will incur a $100 charge to the Card on File.

We know life just gets busy at times! After the first 90 days from your first auto deduction, you can freeze your subscription for up to two months within any 12-month time period. Also, your auto-deducted sessions last up to 12-months before converting to account credit so don’t worry if you fall behind and need to schedule more massages in the following month (oh, what a problem to have!). Don’t forget that if you’re on the Premium subscription you can share any sessions on your account with one other account holder, so they can always help you catch up as well!

Always! No matter which Plan you’re on, you can add additional sessions in a month locked into the same rates as your tier. For example, if you are signed up for the 60-Minute Signature Plan and you’ve already used up your session for the month, you can come back and have another 60-, 90- or 120-Minute massage locked into whatever the rates are for that same Signature tier.

At this time, auto-deducted sessions cannot be split into smaller sessions. This means you can’t use a 120-minute massage to create two 60-minute massages instead. However, you can always book additional massages of any length at the locked-in rates in addition to the auto-deducted sessions on your account. Or you can always add time by 30 minutes to your auto-deducted sessions and pay the difference. For example, if you are on the 60-Minute Signature Plan you can add 30 minutes to create a 90-minute massage and simply pay the difference. 

Yes! You can change from any plan to another, no matter which of the three at any time. The front desk will simply terminate your current AutoPay and set you up under the new one. You will have to sign a new contract to acknowledge the new plan and auto payment amount you are switching to, but that’s it. The other great news is that the 90-day minimum before going month-to-month doesn't restart if you switch Plans. It will apply from whichever first auto payment you originally started with. 

Although there is no option to “upgrade” to pay the difference for a Medical Massage using your auto-deducted sessions on your Signature or Premium Plan, you can always book Medical massages at its standard rate separately. The intention is that if you regularly need Medical-grade massage you would be on the Medical Plan subscription. However, if you generally only use massage for stress reduction or relaxation and occasionally have a corrective issue to work out then you can always change tiers or do so additionally for a period of time. 

The Medical plan is intended to be used by a single patient in order to work on a corrective issue and has a treatment plan set out between them and their dedicated licensed practitioner where the patient alternates between the Corrective Phase and a Maintenance Phase. For that reason, the Medical Plan is not shareable with a Secondary Account Holder.

Divine Connection’s Gift Certificates cannot be applied toward the recurring Autopay deductions of any Plan. However, Gift Certificates can be used toward any additional services or sessions apart from those pulled out of your recurring auto deduction. Any third-party payment methods such as Care Credit, HSA/FSA, ClassPass, Spa Week, Spa Finder, or any other third-party gift cards cannot be used for anything other than our Standard rates for services. This means these third-party options cannot be used toward any locked-in discounted prices under any of the Plans (regardless if it is an autopay or additional session) or any bundled packages at a discount.

A patient can still register for a Wellness Plan subscription, even if they still have unused package services on their account. The package services will be used up first before any services purchased under the Wellness Plan. If packages are ever discontinued, we will give written notice in advance to those with unused package sessions on their account to use them up by a certain time before it will be converted to account credit. The account credit will be available to use toward standard massage rates, however, it can’t be used in place of an Auto Pay deduction.
