Cancellation/No Show Policy
Divine Connections is committed to providing exceptional care. When a patient arrives late or cancels without enough notice, it prevents another patient from the ability to be seen. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are subject to a 50% charge of the booked standard service rate. For this reason, all patients—new and existing—are required to provide a card on file at the time of booking. The card will not be charged unless qualifying for the cancellation policy, in which the patient will be notified. We appreciate your understanding so that we can continue to provide quality care for our patients, honoring everyone's time as best we can.
Pricing Updates
If you have any out-dated packages or services on your account, the monetary value will be converted to account credit to be applied toward our current pricing of services.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are redeemable only by its monetary value. Any older gift certificates listing previous pricing and packages will have to pay the difference of our current pricing. Gift certificates older than one year from purchase date are usable for services only, not for gratuity or products.
Refunds
There are no monetary refunds on products, services or gift certificates. Any qualifying returns will be transferred to Account Credit.
